Main Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Sales- Local & Africa and International Export Manager this diverse position will mainly be responsible for effectively co-ordinating the sales ordering process and to co-ordinate all sales/logistics activities for the Sales department. KEY RESULT AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience in Export Logistics is essential Capture orders on EZY and establish stock levels required to fill order Receive and acknowledge orders from all customers Confirm delivery date to customer Transmit sales invoices to finance Handle customer queries and notify customers of vintage changes and stock availability Maintain and enhance relationships with customers Process monthly SAWIS reports and submissions Manage and co-ordinate the driver s daily worksheet and schedule Assist Sales Department with all day to day duties and activities Strong administration skills The above KRA s are not an exclusive and exhaustive list of all job functions that an employee in this position will be performing.
