Manage quality control of contracts Carry out thorough recorded inspections of all Specials jobs and Once Off contracts. Ensure jobs are carried out as per client s specification. Build relationship with clients. Attend to queries and complaints from clients Daily on site inspections. Work schedules to be drawn up & filed in client file within one week Queries & complaints to be attended to within 24 hours. Administrative duties Complete weekly client call sheets Collect cheques when required Deliver correspondence/information to client or staff Engagement of staff Ensure disengagements are recorded & Payroll Dept advised in writing Collect and complete timesheets Complete staff movements Ensure any additional staff and overtime is authorized and Payroll Dept and Debtors Dept are advised accordingly . Time spent at client to be recorded on call sheets 100% accurate All disengagements staff movements time sheets overtime new engagements to be submitted to Payroll Dept by 15 th of the month All quotations to be submitted within 24 hours of a request Operational duties: Monitor cleaning chemicals and consumables. Monthly inspections of equipment. Broken or faulty equipment to be reported in writing. Order and deliver chemicals consumables and equipment. For Specials and Once Off jobs. Report any maintenance faults/problems to client i.e. leaking taps etc Check all chemicals consumables and equipment are labelled and stored correctly. Attend client meetings. Attend area manager meetings. Attend training. New contracts induct staff ensure correct chemicals and equipment are on site.. Cancelled contracts ensure chemicals and equipment are collected on last day. Draw up deliver and follow up on contracts to be signed by clients.. Chemical budgets to be adhered to Equipment to be clean & in sound working order at all times Faulty equipment to be reported within 24 hours. Additional chemical/consumable orders to be handled within 24 hours. New contracts to be visited daily until they are running smoothly. Attend to any requirements discussed in area manager meeting timeously Staffing Ensure all staff are dressed in correct uniform. Ensure staff utilize correct PPE when required. Monitor staff time keeping. Monitor absenteeism. Loans Deliver payslips to staff. Handle payment/wage queries. Monitor casual staff in 3-month probation period. Discipline staff according to procedure. Attend hearings & CCMA. Plan leave and complete documentation. Order and deliver uniforms as per company uniform policy. Organise and deliver relief staff for absenteeism and leave. Ensure that staff are aware of and comply with company and client Heath & Safety procedures. Develop and motivate staff. Payslips to be delivered within first week of each month. Wage problems to be handled within 24 hours of a query.
