QR1913 Provider Relations Executive (Durban) Objective: The position purpose is to ensure key provider retention and compliance to network agreements and to maintain relationships with stakeholder. Identifying areas that need to be addressed that will strengthen the company s brand presence in the market. To maintain allocated portfolio of providers contracted to the company and ensure optimal service delivery to members. Experience & Qualifications Matric Experience in Key Accounts Management Minimum of 5 years experience in the Medical Scheme environment Code 8 drivers license and own vehicle. Demonstrable understanding of private healthcare Experience within a face to face service environment is essential Experience interacting at a senior level with providers Health system and product knowledge will advantageous Knowledge of the primary care network will be advantageous Knowledge of the pharmacy networks will be advantageous The Incumbent will be responsible for: Frontline consultation and interaction with providers Ensuring that providers are updated in terms of Medical Schemes Act Scheme rules and related legislation On going provider education on the scheme Assisting providers with data input and the Web usage Driving implementation of scheme products and strategy Training of staff at providers Responsible for problem solving at all levels To plot and identify trends emanating from engagement with providers and from queries received Written and verbal communication at both executive and member/provider level One on one problem solving sessions onsite Relationships with key providers is positive and productive Queries and problems resolved accurately and timeously Training needs of providers are identified and addressed To assist the business unit with adhoc projects as required Reports are submitted timeously and are accurate The year end process runs smoothly and is facilitated to ensure that providers are fully aware of all changes and options available to them Salary: Market related Call Kumari 0114684981 or to apply for this vacancy.
