A Food Processing company requires a qualified Maintenance Technician for a position in Pinetown Durban. The successful candidate is required to have a minimum Trade Test an N5 Technical qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and must have at least 5 years working experience in a Supervisory role. The successful candidate must be responsible for the Management of all maintenance related functions within the processing plant. Candidate should possess good communication skills above average computer and report writing skills. He or she should possess the knowledge of Food Safety systems such as HACCP or BRC and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Candidates without the above required qualifications will unfortunately not be considered for the position.
