QA Manager required for the Boksburg Area. Grade 12 plus Degree / Higher Diploma in FOOD SCIENCE Technology or equivalent. Minimum 4 years exp in a food production environment Min 4 years exp in Food Production / Fresh Produce / Prepared Foods / Long-Life foods environment Responsible for developing maintaining and continued improvement of the Quality Control System Food Safety (GMP / HACCP) Responsible for ensuring that the Hygiene and Housekeeping Programme meets with the required standards Responsible to ensure that the Pest Control Service Providers comply with that highest standard / Code of Practice WIP / Final Product Control Responsible for Trending Customer Complaints and RTV s Microbiological Control with the Food Safety Manager Internal and External Food Safety Audits Factory trials Pre-production Launches Supervise Factory Technologist and Quality Assurance Auditors Training Continuous Improvement or to apply for this vacancy.
