Junior Skills Development Facilitator/Administrator-Training

The scope of work in the contract will be varied and will include the following: 1. Administrative duties related to the organisation s skills development initiatives. 2. Ensure quality assurance of workplace learning. 3. Monitor and evaluate learner placements attendance. 4. Collect and analyze learner information. 5. Compile and submit skills reports. 6. Liaise with employers and stakeholders as required. 7. Assist with developing funding proposals in line with the organisation s strategy. 8. Evaluate training provision. 9. Assist with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Up skilling initiatives 10. Assist with skills needs analyses 11. Manage administration around skills development Learnerships and Apprenticeships 12. Provide assistance to the Training and Business Development Manager 13. Communicating with all clients advising of approved learning plan including scheduling etc. 14. Meeting monthly with clients regarding learning interventions of previous month s deliverables (Actual vs. Planned) as well as learning to be conducted for next month. 15. Providing feedback on deliverables to direct manager as per agreed timelines 16. Managing all skills development reporting across areas of responsibility 17. Compile ad hoc reports as requested from clients and direct manager
