Reporting to Finance Administrator Functional Summary Processing full set of accounting records for GSPC GWSP and Acorn Foundation Sales rebates and on-going revenue Cashbook expense claims and credit cards Creditors Debtors Inventory Administration Main Functions Processing full set of accounting records; Processing & reconciling creditors Processing & reconciling debtors Processing & reconciling bank reconciliations Processing of monthly journals Reconciliation and submission of VAT Balance sheet reconciliations Management reporting for Acorn Foundation Sales rebates and ongoing revenue schedules function; Prepare and assist with itemized statements bills or invoices for billing purposes Make sure all customer invoices balances back to Qlickview reports Capture invoices and prepare account reconciliations ad hoc Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors Capture and Update payments as required Resolve discrepancies in accounting records Prepare schedules with amounts outstanding and send it to Debtors Prepare group report totals Cashbook Expense claims and Credit Cards; Assist with basic bookkeeping and banking transaction processing Reconcile selected Cashbooks bank recons Prepare selected Balance sheet recons Assist with processing of expense claims and credit cards Assist with daily Cash Flows Back-up for daily internet banking and other administrative tasks Creditors; Assist with creditor purchase order processing Processing of assigned stock and non-stock creditors invoices Reconcile between creditor statement and the company creditor ledger Prepare the assigned payment requisition within the relevant payment terms Receive match and capture all assigned invoices in to the financial system Query resolution and maintenance of good creditor relations Debtors; Assist with any reconciliations on an ad hoc basis Inventory; Assist on an ad hoc basis when required with regards to any processing and reconciliations Customer Service; Communicate with customers employees and other individuals to answer questions explain information and address complaints Contact customers/suppliers for outstanding invoices Attend to customer requests/queries regarding schedules for sales and ongoing revenue Administration; Compile copy sort and file records of office activities business transactions and any other activities that may be required from time to time Educational Qualifications / Experience Required Minimum Matric Certificate BComm Accounting Degree Competencies Required Client Orientation Interpersonal Skills Oral Communication Self Management Planning System Thinking To apply directly for this position please click on this link: url /Candidate_Registration_1.aspx url /Candidate_Registration_1.aspx or to apply for this vacancy.
