Reconciling high value provision accounts monthly/quarterly to ensure weaknesses & abnormalities in the system are identified & addressed Calculating and processing monthly accruals flexing of budget & ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries in PCLD business area. Cost Reduction Initiatives Initiate cost down / cost reduction awareness in MSG and track monthly progress using TMC methodology i.e. Gentani etc. Standard Operating Procedures and Performance Management Develop and maintain SOPs Implement Kaizen methodology for continuous improvement.
