These strategies are aligned to the latest industry trends and best practices, ensuring the company continues to innovate their service delivery to optimise results and ensure operational efficiency. The Contact Centre Manager liaises effectively with businesses stakeholders, as well as the third parties who supply products, services or resources to the centre.
