Job function and key responsibilities - Conduct detailed credit assessments of the abovementioned transactions and financing requirements from existing and prospective clients in the Business and Medium Corporate segments of Commercial Banking; - Be responsible for the management of all phases of a leveraged finance lending transaction (origination (internal and external) credit assessment negotiation approval and implementation) for new and existing Commercial clients; - Manage ongoing interaction and communication with Commercial Banking sales and credit clients and their professional advisers (if applicable) during the entire credit process from active origination through to final loan disbursement; - Assist in the management of portfolio clients (reviews amendments and ongoing risk management).
