The role will be to work closely with the Regional General Manager to ensure smoothly operational efficiency as well as driving sales and new business development initiatives with the sales team. The role will further work to ensure transformation in the branch and should ideally have experience in this area. Must have Cleaning Management experience The Candidate The successful candidate must be experienced in managing teams with the cleaning industry and must be a strong and proven successful deliver of high standards within this industry. Operational knowledge including customer service and key account management skills are prerequisite. A minimum of 3 years appropriate management experience would be expected to be successful in this role. The successful candidate must be able to execute on instructions and targets given and to make sure the job gets done. The successful candidate must be a good communicator have sound computer skills and understand the landscape of the current TES industry.
