Content development: Consult with business on learning solutions design approaches and assessments Development implementation evaluation and maintenance of relevant training material and assessment instruments Create detailed specifications around e-learning and classroom based learning solutions to be designed Maintenance of training documentation on electronic platforms Working with trainers from other product houses regional learning and development teams in ensuring an effective and consistent approach regarding learning solution designs around electronic and or classroom formats Conduct regular research and development activities to keep abreast of learning trends best practice tools technologies and methodologies to update and include into learning programs designed/existing to enhance the learning experience Perform an administrator role on learning platforms and programs designed/existing Training implementation/Facilitation Conduct train the trainer sessions and relevant training for various audiences Conduct the evaluation of training programmes when required Strong design capabilities Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Collaboration Strong analytical and technical ability High attention to detail Resilient Strong written and verbal communication skills Facilitation skill Collaborate in creating a culture of learning & ownership of learning (create and maintain a climate in which relationships for learning can flourish) Effective time management skills Be able to effectively work and deliver under pressure Able to be persistent confident and assertive Self motivated organized and methodical in work approach Team player or to apply for this vacancy.
