Requirements Honours in HR or equivalent NQF level 7 or higher qualification 3-6 years Relevant Experience No criminal record Key Performance Areas The Successful incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of various HR practices HR operations and strategies including recruitment selection assessment development employee relations employee engagement and human resources administration. Should be able to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify prioritise and build organisational capabilities behaviours structures and processes. Assist the business unit leader to provide employees with clear objectives and development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards. Distribute monitor and ensure that employee performance evaluations are completed in a timely manner. Take full control of recruitment process which will include recruitment selection and talent retention. Advice guide and support managers throughout IR process (disciplinary incapacity performance management). Participate in specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives. Stay abreast of best practices and/or new developments in Human Resources Business Partnership disciplines and drive adoption as deemed appropriate. Provide authoritative judgment and advice to internal clients. Ensurance of effective financial management control and corporate governance. Actively participate in own professional development and career path and ensure achievement of own performance objectives Track and address Human Resources complaints and identify trends and major issues to be addressed. Implementation and monitoring of service practices that meet organization s needs. Developing effective relationships and SLA management with internal stakeholders. Contribute to a service culture which builds rewarding relationships proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service. Provide a professional Human Resources advisory service. Track and address Human Resources complaints and identify trends and major issues to be addressed. Share and transfer product process and systems knowledge to colleagues. Collaborate and work with the Human Resources Operations team to deliver required service levels. Actively share information with other team members regarding successes issues trends and ideas. Inkokheli is representing a client search for an Talent Acquisition Specialist: Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing talent sourcing recruitment and selection processes to ensure integration and alignment with human capital strategy Providing strategic direction to the Group on talent sourcing and recruitment to ensure a standard equitable and consistent approach; Ensuring that sourcing and recruitment practices support the objective of our human capital Establishing partnerships with group and divisional stakeholders and as a recruitment team work alongside divisions and business units to plan their immediate and ongoing recruitment requirements in terms of their workforce planning. Building and managing recruitment team providing services to the Group and external customers Pro-actively recruiting scarce and key skills identified by the group for future expansion and succession purposes. Managing and owning executive and senior management recruitment process from sourcing to appointments across the Group. Providing support to the Group executive team in interviewing and selection decisions. Managing and Coordinating the ongoing Performance review process within the business Managing the companies mentorship program and engaging in continued learning initiatives for the staff Looking after the African divisions of the organisation ensuring all recruitment needs are met Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Relevant HR Degree / Diploma is advantageous Minimum 8 Years experience in a talent acquisition capacity Proficient in Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with external and internal clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects from start to completion with minimal supervision.
