HR Manager - AA candidate Mpumalanga The Company; Mining The role: A tenacious skilled HRM required with a solid HR and IR track record. Duties: Custodian of HR administration. Recruitment and Selection - Induction Performance Management. Responsible for Conflict handling Discipline / Grievances and CCMA Disputes. HR Administration Sytems and Reporting HR Projects Communication meetings. Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures. Responsible for creating and maintaining industrial peace. Legal compliance BCEA / LRA / EE / MHSA / DME / DMR. Training and Development Skills Development SLP EE Succession Planning. Industrial Relations reports to be updated on a monthly basis. Ensure accurate administration and collaborate with payroll with regards to pay issues. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Formal HR qualification (Diploma / Degree). 5 Years HR Management experience in mining. ADVANCED excel skills. Strong Administrative skills. Sound IR experience. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: High quality work standards. Ability to handle STRESS. Attention to detail. Deadline driven and focused. Professional in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
