Minimum Requirements Matric Administration Qualification SAP Esstential Excel Office Outlook Experience in a Logistics Environment 2 years experience in inventory controller or logistics administration Must have own drivers license and car. Key Performance Areas SAP - Costing of shipments Communicating to relevant service providers telephonically and on email Communication with DC s and factories wrt to FG intakes. Follow up on outstanding pyaments for transporters Gathering information from units and consolidating for reporting purposes
Ensure the CIBD systems and document is updated. Assist with compiling documentation for Procurement obtaining all required authorisations and follow-up on status of goods and services. Assist Project Managers to scope plan/budget by providing documented research to support plan; Maintaining proper control of all construction and contractual documentation. Updating contractor guarantees upon expiration to enable continuity. Collate weekly progress reports from consultants; interpret and consolidate reports to conform to the company standards of reporting. Assist in developing maintaining and providing all supportive documentation and schedules in accordance with contract requirements. Assist in monitoring and assuring completion of both internal and customer documentation needs as required by the project including: Weekly Bi-Weekly Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Ensuring that the deliverables are completed and meet the requirements of the statement of work and the client s expectations. Planning layout of complex reports and statistical tables. Support and contribute to development of written documentation (reports presentations execution procedure manuals etc.) for division. Organising and maintaining project files documents correspondences and related communications Responsible for submissions of division s monthly invoicing and invoicing schedules Assist with review of clients invoices and liaise with clients on any corrections/amendments. Communicate with Finance on invoicing and collection efforts for the work performed on all assigned projects. Assist division with weekly project progress reports on multiple projects. Assist in providing on-going analysis of project expenditure; Respond to inquiries and follow up with actions required by other departments. Coordinates activities across departments. Communicate to all parties on all operational and project developments related to the project. Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings conference rooms conference calls etc. Assist division in any other task when necessary Support Divisions Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. Support Division at scheduled meetings Stakeholders to administer contractual operational and technical items and to evaluate and assure that the company is responsive to all of the client s requirements and is maintaining a strong client relationship.
