on monthly quarterly and annually to the various stakeholders of Transnet namely Human Resources Group Exco
- Sells the benefits and values of company products and services to both new and existing clients. - Maximizes sales revenue opportunities minimizes controllable losses and actively seeks potential new business. - Establishes a network of contacts - Asks questions to establish information required - Establishes information for proof validation or evidence - Investigates the current credit and advertising status and exposure of the customer - Analyses the exposure of the respective customer competitors - Listens to the customer s arguments and anticipate the requirements - Builds customer loyalty by actively seeking to understand the customer s needs and providing company product solutions. - Assists the customer to maximize their exposure of the benefit of both. - Demonstrates integrity and ethical behaviour - Keeps commitments to customers and responds to customer concerns with a sense of urgency and follow-through. - Provides support information and guidance by researching and recommending new opportunities for profit and service improvements - Responds to complaints - Presents ideas effectively to customer(s) by delivering presentations suited to the diverse needs of the audience - Influences and advises customers by generating innovative solutions creatively through thinking expansively and evaluating multiple solutions - Demonstrates effective listening skills - Expresses ideas in a clear logical and organized manner - Proficient in oral and written communication - Ability to modify behaviour and recommendations when appropriate - Negotiating on points of dispute with the customer - Evaluates the customer s advertising strategy relative to the marketplace - Ensure efficient co-ordination of activities in order to meet objectives - Plans and professionally prepares a potential sale before visiting customers - Manages time effectively in order to achieve daily call rates targets and deadlines - Anticipates objections from the customer to be able to handle questions and challenges confidently - Obtains a clear mutual understanding of contractual details and agreements - Prepares quality ad layouts - Creates and maintains customer profiles accurately and consistently - Accurate and timely processing of routine administration - Adheres to the company rules and regulations specifications and standards REGRET NO CHANCERS.
