A chef trained candidate would be ideal as the role requires you to be able to implement rotational menus with a wide variety of quality dishes. Duties Responsibilities and Performance Standards: To monitor Front of House personnel specifically Deputy FOH Managers Head Waiters Assistant Head Waiters and Waiters. To ensure that all guests receive prompt cordial and efficient attention and service throughout their stay. To coordinate and assist with guest check-ins and departures in a quick courteous and efficient manner. To ensure that all guest needs are responded to quickly efficiently and courteously. To ensure that all guest complaints are resolved quickly efficiently and courteously. To brief all FOH staff at the start of their shift regarding groups VIP s special events meal themes and applicable décor and any other pertinent information.
