Ensure that invoicing for all Ariba locations has a Purchase Order (PO) to support the invoice Create back files to create Purchase Orders and where purchase orders are raised to a single cost centre to facilitate the in country charge out process V endor set up in new Ariba locations Resolve cost centre and invoicing queries Track SLA s for the creation of Purchase Orders Escalation of invoicing / vendor concerns and see through to resolution Maintain PO & invoicing tracker Work with finance & procurement to ensure timely delivery of purchase order s to ensure that vendor s can invoice in a timely manner Report for the Finance dashboard Report for vendor s to track issued / outstanding purchase orders Support GM finance team on aged debt reconciliation process Support GM team on any invoicing queries Escalate and resolve any issues with suppliers and/or GMBC manager I dentify operational issues and suggest process fixes Support Finance and Cross charge analyst in resolving any data inconsistencies or to apply for this vacancy.
