We are searching for a chef / teacher on a one year contract to oversee 3 kitchens at The Mushara Collection. The person applying for this job MUST have a love for the bush as the nearest town is Tsumeb which is 100k s away and has no nightlife. We have wonderful staff who work in our kitchens and they are desperate to learn new recipes - so the person who is keen on this position must have a love for teaching. Menu s need to be changed / updated. Boma evenings need to be organized etc etc. Working in Namibia is not eazy because we would have to apply for work permits and that is why our main objective is for the staff to learn so that they can manage to do the work on there own. Our lodges are beautiful and are of a high standard and we would also like to achieve this in the food that we serve our guests. We are only 8k s away from the Etosha National Park (Namatoni) NAMIBIA.
