Assist in the organization of Local events such as congresses workshops regional meetings You will be assigned to specific Business Units however you are required to assist in the entire department as and when the need arises Organize events professionally and timeously and in keeping with the standards as set out by the department and the Company Arrange and coordinate local and international travel of Health Care Professionals to internal and external meetings Arrange and coordinate the registration of HCP s to events Coordinate staff travel to events Ensure that all Professional education activities meet HCC and the compliance criteria of the company Assist colleagues to ensure departmental needs are met Liaise with Internal and external departments Interface with all levels of staff Business Support Managers Management Finance and customers Effectively carry out site visits and on site coordination of events Attendance of events from time to time as deemed necessary Budgetary reconciliation ensuring all payments related to the event are controlled and completed Monthly report of event activities Email cv s to email or to apply for this vacancy. Achieve sales forecast for their territory and ensure we gain dominant market share To grow our sales faster than our competitors and so gain market share Be the preferred supplier in all the markets we serve Management of consignment stock (DRP) for appropriate ROI Establish specific sales objectives per account based on competitive activity and maximisation of upgrade potential Maintain daily sales activity expectations in line with national objectives from sales and marketing plans Conduct sales presentations in a professional manner and in line with corporate guidelines Ensure optimal product knowledge in order to advise customers and detail products appropriately (achieve a minimum of 85% on all training tests) Maintain all equipment / company assets / records in good working order and ensure accurate record keeping of same e.g. vehicle computer equipment / generators Be presentable and foster a positive image of Compny at all times.
