JOB DESCRIPTION To take control of the entire accounting function and office management Management accounts (multiple entities) Budgets Variance reports and interaction with Senior Management Business Intelligence Analysis Cash Flow Management Capex monitoring Development of management dashboards and balanced score cards Manage Debtors/ Receipts and Creditors/Payments functions Oversee year end audits and develop the internal audit function Develop Corporate Governance All statutory returns and compliance audits Monthly Credit Guarantee submissions and rebate claims Monthly diesel reconciliations and control of cellphone contracts Inter-company invoicing and reconciliations Reconciliations (Stock Loan Accounts Clearing Accounts etc.) Asset and Instalment Sale Registers & Accounting for new Instalment Sale agreements Assistance with Systems and IT functions Tax Planning and Insurance functions REQUIREMENTS Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong business skills Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience (FMCG) Strong systems and analytical skills Advanced MS Office skills Experience with ERP systems Mature EQ SALARY PACKAGE 35K - 42k Total Cost to Company KZN residents only who would be prepared to relocate to the Midlands / Nottingham Road area or travel. or to apply for this vacancy.
