To act as liaison and coordinator in the various projects and initiatives born out of the department and to run those from planning to implementation phases under the guidance and support of the GBM Duties: Marketing & new business development portfolio Collect information and create group snapshot on monthly basis Collect and format new business reports across the group entities Develop collateral Provide content for group collateral pieces by coordinating and liaising with all relevant group entities Support GBM in the collation and design of new business and marketing collateral Support GBM in driving and promoting the property DNA of Growth Support the GBM in the development of proactive initiatives and structuring it into a workable system Briefing and project planning the various projects in the system as and when required Drive the promotion of digital assets Monitor the quality of content and alignment with our communication pillars Develop quarterly case studies of how something in the marketing domain helped grow the business (digital / staff / collateral // hiring // operations, etc. CSR Portfolio: ROOM 13 AiR contracts and employment status: Check in with principals on AiR performance Check in with studio managing committee on AiR performance Check in with AiR on how the principal and school is working out Make sure contracts are renewed timeously Measure performance in due time to allow for dismissal or renewal Manage the digital properties of Room 13 Develop website using Project software Manage and update content on a quarterly basis Manage Twitter, YouTube and Facebook social media channels Fundraising and financial health Develop fundraising initiatives and pull together project teams for execution Roll out the Tiger Academy brief and pull together project team in Hunts Monthly report on what has been claimed in which studio and what the financial status is so we can measure our health and status.
