Regional Field Auditor - Gauteng

To ensure that the dealer network is audited in their compliance to warranty and maintenance plan policy, standards and service core processes, to highlight out of line cost areas thereby improving the cost control of the warranty and maintenance plan funds. Develop action plans to address problems highlighted. Monitor warranty and maintenance plan cost development and identifying and highlighting reasons for cost increases to all staff of the out of line dealer. Monitor effectiveness of corrective action plans post dealer audits. Manage a portfolio of dealers and routinely schedule dealer visits to observe and assist with the correct implementation of standards and group processes. Work closely with the other warranty and maintenance plan departments and to action dealer monitoring processes. Conduct consulting assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements. Investigate any anomalies raised by warranty and maintenance plans department as well as other stakeholders. Meet with field staff and dealer management at the conclusion of dealer visits to discuss and reach agreement on all matters that requires monitoring and implementation. Maintain a balance of control and relationship with dealer network relating to process adherence. Ensure a sustainable process for ongoing development and coaching of dealer personnel in the desired state of the service core process. Timeously compile detailed audit reports and issue to all stakeholders, to assist and coach dealers for and to highlight internal processes not working effectively. or to apply for this vacancy.
