The Corporate Hub Web Developer (US) Web Developer (US) The IT and Development Team is based in Sandton South Africa. The Company s solutions involve complex and typically large-scale development with outputs based on quality and not quantity. Their business model therefore focuses on a select number of clients rather than volumes of clients with routine or common systems issues. The Management Team is based in the United States and they are responsible for managing the US based Clients and the design of the product which is a Financial Portfolio Management Solutions Product. This is an Online Solution where the Clients are able to access their portfolios themselves. The Salary is open to discussion regarding a candidate s experience and education. Experience: At least 2 years Web Development experience and/or more. This Web Developer needs to be able to do more than just style they must be able to Write Flows on the client and change the DOM Dynamically. They should have a good grasp of UX principals and have solid understanding of HTTP Requests Responses and Cookies in detail. Skills and technologies required: Thorough understanding of Java Script CSS 3 and HTML is a Must. JQuery Backbone Js and Underscore Js would be preferable. Node Js would be preferable. Java or Scala would be a bonus. RESTFUL preferable.
