Role Responsibility: KPA PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Manage Corporate customer portfolio Manage an account portfolio in order to maximize new and additional sales of that portfolio. Facilitate service requirements requests and terminations and ensure that all such requests are processed accurately and timeously. PURPOSE OF JOB To provide customers with a service of placing orders and other information. To sell the products DESCRIPTION OF TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES Receives customers orders by phone fax email or official order. Liaises with customers by phone/fax/email.
