Creditors Clerk required by large medical group in Pretoria East. Grade 12 with at least 2 years accounts payable experience in a corporate environment. Understanding of age analysis of accounts and general ledger structures. Excellent recon experience. Capture invoices; ensure invoices are properly authorized; process invoices; payment of invoices; filing of invoices; prepare monthly recons of creditor account statements against age analysis; accurately reconcile GL and creditors accounts.
Debtors Clerk & Debt Collector vacancies exist at the Pretoria Pre Head Office of a leading Medical Group. Grade 12 and at least 2 years debt collection experience in a medical environment essential. Knowledge of ACCPAC would be an advantage. Full function debtors function. Excellent written and verbal communication skills important.
