Purpose of the Role: To adminsiter 3rd party funds and to manage all allocated bank accounts on a daily basis Responsibilities: - Administer 3rd party funds - Monitor Cash flow - Pay claims out of the Float/BDX accounts - Send Top up Bordreaus when float needs to be replenished - Ensure daily error reports are sent out - Pay salvages - Upload external payment files - Handle recoveries section 11s and Refunds - Provide EFT confirmations - Handle monthly reports-Cahsbook and float reconciliations - Build good relationships with customers - Handle incoming queries-resolve within 24 hours - Supply adhoc reports as and when requested Skills and Attributes: - Excellent administration skills - Well skilled on MS Office Package- especially Excel - Good time management skills - High sense of Accuracy - Excellent Communication skills - Good problem solving ability - Dedicated to achieving high standards of work - Deadline driven - Approachable Minimum Requirements: - Matric essential with Accounting as one of the Subjects passed - Minimum 2 years general office administration experience - Minimum 2 years Financial Administration experience - Experience in the Insurance Industry is highly advantageous
Administrator who has Matric Pastel Payroll and Tax Training Certification as well as 3 years working experience
