To assist in the execution of learning and development strategies processes and solutions required for retaining the company s service levels in order to ensure that the company s clients are better able to execute their work Provision of knowledge and expertise around learning and development best practice Provision of expertise and advice on learning and development best practice within scope of control Continuously analyse and advice stakeholders e.g. Line of Business clients course delegates around learning and development requirements within area of control Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements Keeping abreast of best practice within the industry so as to ensure that advice given is relevant Facilitation of training courses Presentation of various course within scope of control i.e. ISO 9001; ISO 22000; SANS 10331 and/or SANS 10049 Facilitation of programmes using various media Facilitation of training programmes using various methods e.g. case studies role play etc. Ensuring that the administration requirements for all courses are adhered to Management and control of all training sessions within scope of control Ensuring that sufficient rapport is established with the delegates and course objectives are met Ensuring that all the course objectives are met within the required time frame Provision of expert advice to all clients regarding development needs including career counselling and development of training material Assists in the design of courses based on needs that have been identified and in line with statutory requirements Enhance or modify existing course so as to ensure that the customer requirements are met Offer Career advice to stakeholders e.g. course delegates clients etc. to assist with career path / choices Advice regarding industry best practice and the impact on the training environment Ensure that all reporting and regulatory requirements are adhered to Identification of raining needs using various methods such as questionnaires interview reports etc. Ensure compliance with SETA Skills Development Act and SAQA Ensure that regular reporting is done in order to ensure compliance Management and control of all documentation including training reports course material etc. within scope of control Regular updating of the database so as to ensure compliance Alignment of course material to SAATCA SAQA and SETA requirements Manage own performance within the team Participate as a productive team member by managing own performance in order to meet departmental objectives Value diversity and actively build business relationships Ensuring that one is able to seek guidance and mentorship from more experienced team members where necessary Submission of weekly monthly reports time sheets and any other related documentation Submission of claims e.g. subsistence and travel timeously and accurately Qualifications and Experience A relevant degree/ technical degree or equivalent SAATCA Auditor registration on ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 or any food related management systems.
