Establish a centre of expertise in reliability engineering Reviews engineering specifications and drawings proposing design modifications to improve reliability within cost and other performance requirements Compile and control departmental budget Develop maintain and implement safety strategies Ensure effective project management Compile monthly reports Ensure effective control of staffing requirements Develop and performance manage staff Evaluate plant operation daily.
