Assistant Operations Manager for a Tour Company in Hazyview Previous experience in tourism logistics inbound tours & transport preferred Planning of driver / guide roster monthly in advance Planning of transfer schedule weekly in advance then daily with changes Planning of tour and charter schedule monthly in advance then daily with changes Briefing drivers and guides of requirements for next day update Daily vehicles inspections (am & pm) Responsible for expenses cash fuel waybills allowances etc. Issuing drivers/ guides entrances fees Updating petty cash reports Ongoing monitoring of drivers / guides with regards the operations schedule daily Create filing system for all relevant paperwork (waybills excellence questionnaires petty cash etc.) Complete daily reports on operations schedule (wins and issues) Load bookings make reservations Salary: R12 000
