PURPOSE OF POSITION: Ensure efficient growth of the existing dealer base and prospect for new clients. Ensure the achievement of the sales targets and objectives by actively selling products through prospecting for new accounts and growing the existing dealer base. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Customer Relationships Identify the correct contact people in the organisation Plan organize Conduct regular customer care visits Build close personal relationships with the Customers Customer Information Data Base Update the Customers personal details on the computer system Gather market information regarding all competitors Administration Prepare professional presentations and quotes Follow up on orders Personal development Professional presentation of the company s products and services Work closely with peers and become part of a growing team Close new business and maintain customer relationships to protect client base REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Matric Business to Business Experience cartridge experience would be a huge advantage A minimum of one year experience in direct selling and telesales Must have experience in closing new business Must have an excellent telephone and listening skilla Must have a basic understanding of MS Work Excel and PowerPoint Please take note that correspondence will be with short-listed candidates only.
