KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Plan the delivery of projects Co-ordinate the execution of the plan in terms of agreed timelines and budget Manage project risks Ensure that projects are implemented to quality standards acceptable to the business and customers Communicate all project scope timing or quality changes to all affected parties by using the Project Change Request (PCR) process and documentation Hold regular progress meetings and minute specific actions that require attention / escalation ensure that minutes are taken and distributed to all affected parties Provide weekly progress reports to management Ensure that the Project test plan is created and signed off by all appropriate parties prior to the commencement of the project s testing tasks Ensure that all deliverables are signed off by the appropriate parties prior to making them off as complete Manage all testing tasks to ensure that the assigned resources are performing the correct test cases and keeping record of all tests Assist with testing when reasonably called upon to do so Hold a post-mortem evaluation of any major project deliverables as soon as they have been delivered (and applied) for a reasonable period of time so as to apply learning s to any subsequent major deliverables Communicate all delivery related project staff issues to their line managers and attempt to resolve all issues amicably.
