Production Manager

Minimum Experience Preferred (Specify Type and Duration): 5 Years Management Experience in Manufacturing Environment Electronics experience essential Key Job Competence Requirements: The ability to manage the departments reporting to you. The ability to manage the day to day running of the factory. The ability to set production objectives and be able to measure these objectives effectively. The ability to plan the requirements from your objectives and ensure feasibility of your planning. The understanding of Health and Safety Laws applicable. The understanding of all basic conditions of employment. Qualification: Relevant Tertiary Qualification Essential Physical and Mental Requirements of the Job Must ensure good mental and physical health. Must be able to work under extreme pressures continuously. Must be able to work long hours out of the normal 40hours per week4. POSITION CHARTER Main purpose of the Job (a brief description of how the job impacts on the performance of the Company and the Department) To ensure that through the correct planning of your factory that you achieve maximum output of product volume and quality using all available inputs in the most efficient way.
