Project description Manage Owners Engineer s site based multi-disciplinary team during construction commissioning testing and hand over of all aspects of 4 x V94.2 oil fired open cycle gas turbine plant. Duties shall include but not be limited to: Supervision of review and comment on contractor s documentation procedures permit to work systems punch list handover packages and programs etc. Supervision of witnessing and verifying tests. Prepare notifications and communications to the client and contractor. Coordinate activities between client/other parties and contractor. Monitor and report the performance of the Contractor against the requirements of the contract (safety environment quality scope design reporting etc). Monitor quality and progress and report to the company Project Manager. Advice the EPC contractor s Site Manager as necessary of any circumstances likely to lead to delay. Advise the EPC contractor s Site Manager Issues of safety. Produce and maintain accurate records. Maintain a log book to be updated daily. Communicate with the company design review team on design issues. Initiate record and chair meetings. Coordinate and control the work of subordinate the company Site Staff. Supervise the monitoring of Independent observation of construction activities in addition to planned witness inspections. Oversee general site coordination duties. Liaise with client contractor and the company Head Office teams as required.
