Required : Tertiary qualification: ND/BSc chemistry chemical engineering biosciences or similar At least a year in industrial water treatment preferable In a service technician or related position Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Attention to detail Proactiveness Self-motivated positive Duties will include : Plan service calls ensure efficient time-management Update Customer Records Carry out Service Calls to existing customers Do on site and laboratory analyses Liaise with all relevant customer departments including maintenance production purchasing process engineering etc Solve problems and implement solutions with your manager and the customer Ensure chemicals are dosed correctly Conduct Plant trials Deliver product if required Monitor stock levels of chemicals Compile and present customer progress reports or to apply for this vacancy.
