5-10 years project management experience with a proven history of managing projects successfully. Solid track record of successful delivery on projects including project scope schedule resources cost quality and change. Must have solid understanding of PMI / Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Methodology. Ability to independently manage large to complex size projects. Expert understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Discipline (Integration Scope Time Cost Quality Human Resources Communications Risk Management Procurement). Previous consulting experience is a plus Manages all aspects of large and complex projects throughout the project lifecycle. Assists in pre-sales negotiations with account team participating in time and profit estimation of initial contract. Project Manager (Senior) identifies the need for resources and subsequently takes on team management responsibilities in relation to the available resources for the project. Performs risk assessment and develops contingency plans to mitigate risk. Manages project changes and assists in any price change negotiations. Reviews project invoices from accounting resolving any related billing issues. Works directly with the team members or with their team leaders to plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks in order to estimate required effort. Manages goals and deadlines of the team and resolves team issues affecting the project. Identifies and resolves technical issues impacting the project. Obtains client sign off showing completion of project objectives and project closure. Completes individual evaluations for team member at the end of the project to be used by their managers for annual employee review purposes. Translates requirements into project tasks and objectives manages task assignments to project resources and reports on and manages project scope. Develops manages and updates project schedule scope resources status reports ensuring that quality standards are adhered to and that project budgets are met.
