Creditors Clerk Maitland R7500 - 5 month contract only Matric 3 years experience in a Creditors Clerk role. Processing cash invoices and month end rental payments Approved Suppliers Program for each supplier. Receiving of approved orders from P&L department with relevant quote if applicable. Receiving of invoices and correlating invoice with correct approved order and quote. Checking the contents of the approved order related to the contents of the invoices. Highlighting of invoices to show the company s vat registration and order number reflecting on the Invoice. Sending the invoices to stores department for completion of the GRS (goods received stamp) GRS completed and sending invoice documentation for payment sheet approval. Rental Payments by latest 3rd of every month. Reconciliation of Petrol Cards. Filing & Stand In for Creditors Clerk Distribution of petty cash and update petty cash and reconciling of same balance with monies on hand Compiling day to day COD payments and completing relevant payment sheet details plus obtaining Relevant payment sheet approvals by directors. Compiling Friday payments including payment sheet completion and obtaining relevant payment Sheets approvals by directors Compiling rental payments including payment sheet completion and obtaining relevant payment Sheet approvals by directors Remitting of remittance advice and proof of payment to relevant suppliers and buyers.
