Overall Job Purpose The Local Recruitment Specialist is responsible for conducting talent sourcing activities at the direction of the Recruitment Supervisor. Responsibilities will include finding talent pools writing and publicizing opportunities screening candidates and organizing interview and hiring logistics This position is responsible for implementing operational excellence activities within the job holder s span of control. Key Accountabilities Maintains ties with universities professional associations and other potential sources of talent Arranges for participation of recruitment in career days to facilitate recruitment intakes of fresh graduates to enhance database Saudization Drafts advertisement for open positions Places advertisement for open positions Places advertisement for positions in the appropriate newspapers journals websites and other media in order to ensure they reach the target audience Organizes interview logistics including travel paperwork facilities and scheduling Checks candidates references Completes and follows-up with on-boarding paperwork Organizes an orientation program for new hires in coordination with the appropriate training specialist(s) Retains records of employee applications interviews scoring offer letters and other relevant paperwork Administers company profile on websites such as LinkedIn and other international professional associations Processes requests for recruitment actions in a timely manner Screens candidates to provide those who are qualified to the Recruitment Supervisor for consideration Keeps candidates updated on the status of their application Liaises with Saudi staffing firms or head hunters as required Qualifications Experience and skills BA in Personnel Management Industrial Relations or Administration or equivalent 5 years progressive experience in a recruitment role Fluency in Arabic and English Superior written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write and speak clearly and concisely High level of energy sense of urgency and passion for building personal and organizational change capability Excellent facilitation coaching mentoring and team leadership skills Excellent negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills Demonstrated flexibility and situational leadership skills Demonstrated ability to effectively organize plan and execute multiple cross functional projects and initiaitves across all levels and disciplines Demonstrated ability to solve though complex and ambiguous problems exercising impact and influence as opposed to line authority Experience leveraging technology to enable the business to create efficiency Computer literacy in PC applications Contact: AtripleA Recruitment and Temps www.aaaa.co.za ferdi aaaa.co.za
