PURPOSE OF THE JOB The purpose of the job is to manage the National Field Services Team to deliver all field marketing operational functions across client account. Manage the client(s) relationship(s) on a Head office & Regional level. Actively seek new business opportunities. Planning and Scheduling Administration and Time Management Budgetary and Cost Control Problem solving and Analysis Influencing Skills Objective setting PC Skills Intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables a must) Intermediate MS PowerPoint Intermediate MS Word Working Knowledge of MS Project People Management (coaching mentoring training & development) Ability to undertake national travel GENERAL SKILLS/ ATTRIBUTES Ability to create strategic plans Self-Motivated Able to use own initiative Able to multitask Work well under pressure Acute attention to detail Thinker (logically & laterally) Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to meet tough deadlines EXPERIENCE Evidence of experience in meeting tough deadlines Evidence of setting up and executing SLA s and project plans Evidence of managing expenditure against budgets Must have experience in interacting and reporting back to clients on projects Experience in dealing with clients in high level management positions Evidence of being able to effectively prioritise independently Experience in working in a high pressure fast paced environment Evidence of managing more than one account/project and successfully executing Evidence of experience working independently with little or no supervision The ideal candidate will have the following competencies: Ability responsible for all operational spend within the account against set budgets manage the total operational activity of the account against the respective clients SLA. compliance checks against call reports and driving call quality process. Full physical regional review every 6 months translate client operational requirements into execution strategies across the accounts to achieve short and long term objectives manage the integrity of client database Experience produce operational reports (client internal & 3rd party) manage all projects within your account maintain visible productive relationships with all clients & stakeholders (internal external & 3rd party) Knowledge how to set up and run multiple accounts how to set up and run a project plan and SLA s working on a management business system how to report back to our clients on Excel Power Point and Word
