CORPORATE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE The Client The client is one of the leading flexographic repro specialists in South Africa with origination and sales offices in a number of different key commercial centres. They provide an end-to-end flexographic solution from conceptualisation origination through to prepress and beyond. The Position The client is looking to recruit a Corporate Account Executive to manage existing corporate client accounts (brand owners) and to identify secure and develop new client accounts. The incumbent will be based in Johannesburg and report into the Regional General Manager. This is largely an external business development type of sales role. Key Responsibilities Manage maintain and develop existing corporate client accounts on an ongoing basis in order to increase account profitability and revenue whilst maximizing client satisfaction. Assist and advise companies in achieving swift brand-to-market delivery and offer expert supervision when managing packaging workflows. Facilitate and optimize workflow competence reliability and value. Provide the following client services; Design meeting Competitive Same-day Quoting Partnering with Customers and Suppliers Technical Guidance On-site Workflow Management Education / Training Colour Advice Sleeve / Anilox Selection Identify secure and develop new profitable client accounts within the resource constraints of the business. Key Requirements An understanding of the graphic and repro environment and some work experience in or with FMCG brand owners in South Africa. A minimum of 2 years sales experience in a B2B market environment. You ll be required to operate relatively autonomously and have the personal confidence to take the initiative and make decisions as and when necessary. Salary Package The salary package is highly negotiable for the right person and will include a car allowance or company car a company contribution to an approved medical and pension fund a company cell phone and a 13 th cheque. Work with the clinical project managers to ensure that project budget(s) meet financial and company goals (realization targets) with a focus on proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes. Obtain and provide regular feedback to employees from other clinical project team members and key stakeholders to assist in personal and professional development. May attend project team meeting and site visits in order to support development needs. Identify skill and competency gaps at the individual level and work to craft appropriate development plans. Proactively manage risks linked to resourcing project and/or individual needs with other management and leadership team members to manage study issues and obstacles. Act as a key relationship manager for assigned clients; recommend courses of action regarding client management issues; ensure that plans are implemented following approval by senior management. Working with individual staff to identify any quality issues within the study and coaching on resolution of issues including implementation of corrective action plans and escalation. May act as point of contact or oversight for specific customers or programs. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the Captive divisions new business targets and tender submissions Strategy setting and responsible for execution including developing new markets and relationships for the business unit Quality control of client deliverables Consulting deliverables to the Audit Risk Remunerations and Compliance committees and the Boards of the Capitve Insurance companies regarding: SAM and various other acts Consulting deliverables to the CEO s of the Captive Insurance Companies Consulting deliverables to the Risk Managers and Financial Directors of the holding companies Conducting workshops High quality relationship management Requirements: Fully qualified CA(SA) 4 - 7 years experience in consulting or insurance Technical knowledge in: Insurance regulations; SAM; Short term and Long term insurance Act; Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act International Reporting Standards The Companies Act Income Tax Act Value Added Tax Act King III other relevant Acts which impact the Captives Insurance industry and Risk Finance and Domicile advice.
