Maintain accounts receivable cashbook nd procurement records by: classifying capturing recording and verifying numerical data processing and recording routine accounting transactions Performing arithmetic calculations nd entering data into Excel Spreadsheets Obtaining quotations for goods and/or services in line with the company s policies and procedures and assisting in the placement of puchase orders Following up with debtors / vendors regarding various matters Compiling records of items purchased or trasnferred between departments prices and deliveries Updating and maintaining debtors / vendors information and procurement records or to apply for this vacancy.
