KEY COMPONENTS OF THE ROLE Planning and Resource management Weekly and monthly planning of plant equipment labour and subcontractors Forward planning and procurement of formwork rebar and construction materials Operational C ommunication to Site Agent Perform a 2-4 week rolling horizon program Oversee setting out and survey control Management of plant and labour in conjunction with foreman and site agent Technical Interpretation of drawings and specifications Be able to communicate to stakeholders at a technical level Weekly productivity management Cost control and wastage measurement Labour relations Basic knowledge of the Labour Relations Act. SHEQ Must have a good understanding of the Quality Safety and Environmental Procedures prescribed by the company Record Keeping Foremans a daily diary Run Jnr Foremen on the management of information flow between sections of the project Material reconciliations or to apply for this vacancy.
