CAPEX Coordinator

Our Client is the Healthcare sector is looking for a CAPEX Coordinator. Purpose the Job Exists: The CAPEX Coordinator oversees all related CAPEX inquiries sales and relevant documentation. Job Functions: Co-ordinate pre-sale test and decommissioning of AngioJet units and pre-sale checks of CUSA machines. Liaise directly with Supplier regarding any queries assistance or product information. Maintain up to date list of CAPEX Maintain up to date list of CAPEX owned by Hospitals but serviced by . Assist with maintaining stock levels and ordering of consumables for CAPEX. Bi-annual Audit of CAPEX. Update and distribute movement list of all monitors. Handle repair process of faulty/damaged Hand Pieces (complaints returns quotes and tracking) Arrange for repair/call-outs for all monitors including the list of calibration certification. Arrange and coordinate CUSA rentals locally and nationally quotes bookings records spreadsheets. Work with courier service and company drivers to arrange the deliveries of all CAPEX locally and nationally. Assist CS with requests for stock check with Sales Manager or Finance for approval if needed Assist CS as and when needed with product information queries and quotes. Process paperwork for payment (technician courier service etc.) either per job or monthly - supply all info to accounts department. Process quotes via Pastel or manually - Sales Administrator to sign standard quotes FM signs all CAPEX or unique quotes including trade world. Investigate availability and delivery of CAPEX items with Shipping Department. Assist Managers where possible regarding CAPEX usage locations processes procedures generating reports and creating usable data. Assist Clinical Engineer as needed with product information Capex details serial numbers and ensure all fault reports are sent to the C.E. Process order for Dawn wing / courier and Integra orders for repairs Update monthly CAPEX Report for EXCO; Rentals services quotes and purchases Responsible for service quotes monthly Continuous research and obtaining information about new and existing products in order to gain a better understanding and to provide improved customer support. Knowledgeable about the location of all marketing equipment to provide CS/customers with product specifications if and when requested (brochures sales sheets etc.) Ensure supplier pricelists are up to date Annual submission of radiation control licences. Education Knowledge and Skills Required: B Com Degree / Relevant Qualification Presentation Skills MS Office 3-5 years in similar role Good communication skills (verbal and written) Time management abilities Flexible and adaptable Team player Problem solver Detail focused but also able to see the bigger picture Good presentation skills If you do not meet the above mention minimum requirements or job specification please do not apply for this position. Senior Inventory Controller

Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Senior Inventory Controller Purpose the Job Exists: To Supervise the Stock Control Stock Administration Dispatch & Delivery and Staff Supervision within Inventory Controlling Operations. Job Functions: 1. Stock Control - Stock Counts Requisitions to replenish stock are submitted to the Product Manager timeously Processing of the purchase orders on Pastel Ensuring that the GRV schedule is correct for review by the Finance department Ensuring that all invoices are compared to the original order and delivery note & discrepancies reported to Finance Ensuring that the stock is correctly brought into the system Liaising with courier companies with regards to the status of the shipments Ensuring that all products are accurately sorted out by product range Oversee the return of faulty and / or recalled products Printing of back order reports as soon as stock is updated Products are accurately scanned out to the correct warehouse upon receipt of requisition Awareness of cold chain lines ensuring that the stock is kept in the fridge as required Replenishment of stock to all branches Ensuring all stock is timeously forwarded to the Invoicing Clerks and required signatures are obtained Maintaining the upkeep of the stock room Oversee the sleeving of the stock 2. Stock Administration - Submission of the marine declaration Tracing of the serial numbers of consignment stock Assisting with the estimation purchases for all supplier / manufacturer related quotas Assisting with queries with regards to the offshore creditors 3 . Dispatch & Delivery - Oversee the freight of stock to Coastal offices 4.
