Accounts Payable Manager

Our client within the manufacturing industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for the following key activities: Management of accounts payable departments; Ensuring all AP vendors are paid on time and within terms of all contracted dealings; Resolution management with AP vendors procurement and other stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to; Monthly AP vendor reconciliation reviews; Monthly AP vendor and GRIR reconciliation reviews; Prepare monthly and quarterly cash and balance sheet forecasts for AP to ensure forward planning; Develop and roll out improvements in policies and procedures within AP department; Develop and roll out plans for improvements in GRIR reduction value and quantity; Standardise AP policies and procedures among all relevant companies within Africa; Work with an audit mentality always keeping records and authorisations; Provide timely and efficient service to internal and external auditors to assist in the efficient running of statutory and company audits; Ad hoc projects and tasks required to assist members of the department or management to deliver timely and accurate financial information; Provide guidance to internal customers as necessary to ensure that policy and standards are met; Produce high quality information that enables the business partner relationship with financial planning and analysis so decision making is done on the right data; Perform SOX testing as required by the SOX Act as and when required. Medical Officer - VMMC

This is an exciting opportunity exists for Medical Officers to participate in a ground-breaking. HIV prevention programme focusing on voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC). This national organisation offers a competitive total cost of employment package commensurate with experience. These are one-year contract positions with the possibility of renewal. Responsibilities: VMMC service provision Safely provide VMMC services to clients; Implement VMMC service according to agreed guidelines and protocols; Maintain a 24-hour emergency response service. Quality assurance and improvement: Ensure quality clinical care in the supported facilities; Participate in quality assurance and improvement visits including responding to queries; Ensure adherence to infection control protocols; Provide on-going supervision to VMMC professional nurses; Prevention of new HIV and TB infections; Improve the diagnosis care and adherence support for TB patients and people infected and affected by HIV; Build the capacity of individuals and organisations to provide optimal TB and HIV prevention and care. Our client within the manufacturing industry is seeking a Special Projects Technician to be responsible for the following key activities: Identifying and monitoring progress on all refurb jobs across all production areas to ensure that all problems are identified and resolved ASAP so that tanks are not excessively delayed in any area / work centre; Ensuring all refurb tanks in each job do not encounter the same problems; Deciding on solutions with the relevant personnel and implementing such solutions with immediate effect; Liaising with the relevant departments including the drawing office process engineering produciton supervision sales material control and purchasing; Initiating ECR s where necessary; Attending pre-production meetings and arranging check point meetings; Understanding the tank container manufacturing process and refurbs; Good interpretation of technical documentation.
