Reporting to the Group Human Resources Executive the Head: Organizational Harmonisation will ensure that optimal HR solutions are designed and executed within a rapidly growing and highly pressurised environment. Providing strategic support for employment equity and diversity programmes (disability gender generational dynamics etc.) Developing relevant HR policies and manage the MH Performance Management System Designing developing and managing implementation of employee Health and Wellness (Live Well) strategy that is aligned to corporate objectives and company values Promoting employee engagement and the MH value proposition and ensuring alignment between Employee value proposition business objectives and values Promoting organizational effectiveness through effective employee engagement and communication platforms Ensuring that the senior leadership summits CEO road shows and breakfasts are coordinated efficiently

Event Coordination Planning and Implementation of Events Create project plans for V&A owned events as well as external events Work closely with all departments within the company to ensure compliance with City and V&A procedures and policies eg. Introduction Under the guidance of the Metropolitan Health Governance & Compliance Executive the incumbent will direct the enterprise risk management program and embed a risk management culture in Metropolitan Health.
