Reporting to the Group Human Resources Executive the Head: Organizational Harmonisation will ensure that optimal HR solutions are designed and executed within a rapidly growing and highly pressurised environment. As a key strategist and agent of organisational change the successful incumbent will take systematic approach to designing and delivering organisational models and transforming the structural and developmental aspects of a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The Incumbent will be responsible for: Providing the business with best practice strategic corporate organizational development initiatives that drive effective organizational performance Developing and delivering the Organizational Development Strategy utilizing a wide range of innovative techniques to develop staff capabilities and business efficiency Enhancing business performance through a focus on organizational design alignment and accountability; the development of a desired culture; leadership effectiveness; collaboration; and core process improvement Conceptualising and designing appropriate Organizational Harmonisation and people management frameworks tools and interventions that will support the business to achieve optimal performance/business objectives Partnering with HR Business Partners in analysing the needs to the business in order to design simple and effective organisational development solutions Designing a leadership development framework and create talent pools skills databases and skills reserves Advising leadership on how best to utilise organisational development best practice to drive performance and embrace a learning culture Designing and ensuring implementation an entrenchment of IiP (Investors in People) standards MH values and leadership principles Developing and driving implementation of change and transformation strategy and supporting the HR Business Partners with roll out of transformation initiatives and programmes Develop a framework to implement MH transformation monitor and report progress on integrated transformation interventions. Providing strategic support for employment equity and diversity programmes (disability gender generational dynamics etc.) Developing relevant HR policies and manage the MH Performance Management System Designing developing and managing implementation of employee Health and Wellness (Live Well) strategy that is aligned to corporate objectives and company values Promoting employee engagement and the MH value proposition and ensuring alignment between Employee value proposition business objectives and values Promoting organizational effectiveness through effective employee engagement and communication platforms Ensuring that the senior leadership summits CEO road shows and breakfasts are coordinated efficiently
