As a member of the Outbound Sales Team you ll be contacting customers who have recently requested a quote online for LONG TERM Insurance. Utilizing your sales skills and asking the right questions you will be expected to identify their needs in more detail give the customer relevant information to make an informed decision and convert this through to a sale. It is essential that you have previous call centre sales experience. You must be able to demonstrate your sales ability including figures and conversion rates from a previous similar role. You will be experienced in nurturing a sale through to completion with a natural ability to connect and build rapport quickly with customers over the phone. Key attributes required for this role are drive hunger and motivation. All product training will be provided. You will thrive in a sales environment working to targets with good keyboard skills and a methodical approach to work. You will be quietly confident a good listener and someone who is empathetic to individuals circumstances.
