The Role Take responsibility through the management of outlet manager for the performance of numerous Outlets in the Gauteng Southern Region in terms of Operational effectiveness customer service profitability turnover cost containment etc. Key Performance Areas Staff Management Ensuring Compliance with operational procedures re stock receipt stock control customer service banking etc Implementing processes to ensure containment of costs. Implementing programmes to ensure customers attraction to the outlets and increase customer visits. Maximising revenue generation through excellent customer service and effective selling of various offerings. Ensuring effective staff recruitment staff training and skills upgrade in consultation with Group HR. Dept. Assist the Regional manager re implementation of Operational Strategic initiatives across the Area Assist the roll out and implementation of marketing initiatives in consultation with Group Marketing Dept. Requirements Matric Min 2 years Experience in being responsible for overall management of a large retail food hospitality outlet or alternatively responsibility for a group of smaller outlets. Staff management experience of min of 3 to 4 years. Ability to interpret financial information which indicates overall performance of outlets. A tertiary qualification in retail business sales or marketing would be an advantage but is not essential. NB. Applicants must have a driver s licence own vehicle and be prepared to travel extensively within the Gauteng Region.
