Co-ordinate and manage handover to Franchise Co-ordinator. Thoroughly understand the company operations systems and their application within the business. Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals. Assist in training all CTI ITC affiliates and franchises on all Club Travel s current technology. Communicate with Supervisors Managers and Directors on Department operations. Attending meetings in the Franchise Directors absence. Ensure a positive image of the company is maintained at all times. Build and maintain a professional relationship and effective communication with all company partners. Remain flexible to the wider business needs of the company by rendering assistance for ad hoc projects and duties as required or to apply for this vacancy.
