ROLE OUTPUTS Perspective: Process Analysis and Documentation for Processes and Systems: Understand business / user requirements Research analyze and document business requirements Produce System and Business Requirement Specifications for systems development including functionality and integration requirements Produce business and process flow documentation and assist with the documentation of training manuals and business processes Perform needs analyse for system and/or process enhancements On going business process analysis design documentation implementation and support Implementation: Involvement in development of applications as necessary / applicable Responsibility for the end to end solution testing of new processes and systems Assist with change management relating to new / changes to systems / processes Support business and IT in implementation of solutions into production ensuring minimal disruption to operations Work closely with users at all levels in order to ensure business and system requirements are adequately met and implemented Plan for test and implement system migrations upgrades version releases Develop test and implement processes and controls enabling improved functionality within and around the systems Plan for an provide user training as required Systems Support and Maintenance: Provision of on going support on applicable systems and processes Manage associated errors exceptions and new requirements.
