CATII Compliance and Legal Advisor Bryanston R720K (depending on experience) Annual Package LLB Degree Relevant Qualifications 5 years experience of CATII Compliance and contracting in corporate context Financial Industry experience essential Job Duties Drafting and mending contracts/agreements as required Dealing with FIt and Proper enquiries from Financial Planners Dealing with complaints from the clients Ensuring that complaints are registered Liaison with Regulatory Officers Labour Relations/Contractual support to HR Identify potential compliance breaches and investigatiing compliance issues ad irregularities within shared independent financial advisors offices Administration of contract/agreements Drafting and vetting of Group contracts/agreements e.g. Lease agreements/Purchase Agreements Maintaining details records on all related and compliance matters Managing litigation Legal/Contractual advice to business Monthly reporting of progress and matters. or to apply for this vacancy.
