KPA s Reporting for all performance management activities as well as guidance and/or quality assurance. Document all findings and research as per the defined templates and ensure documents are stored. Define products / services strategy and roadmap in line with the defined strategy. Work with external and internal parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities. Deliver feasibility studies and business cases. Research and Recommendations. Perform international benchmarking Develop meaningful RFI documents processes and manage the administration of responses and Quality Assurance of such. Work with all divisions to ensure BRS is understood and adequately satisfied through Technical Specifications. Ensure appropriate training of new/enhanced systems from a business perspective. Development of training manuals and presentations where required. Implementation of systems into workable business processes through effective business transition planning (change management). Ensure effective Business Change Management and/or facilitation thereof. Ensure technology opportunities are explored to enable the business. Ensure project procedures project processes and project standards are followed throughout implementation.
